Technical Excellence

For more than a decade, Quality Medical has earned a reputation of excellence in the service and repair of respiratory equipment. This is due to our factory-trained and certified biomedical engineers and technicians specializing in respiratory biomedical equipment.

We service and repair most major brands of respiratory equipment, including: Respironics V-60, CareFusion LTVs, Respironics Trilogy 100 / 200, Puritan Bennett PB-840s, Maquet Servo-I, Newport HT-50 and HT-70, Respironics Vision, Fisher & Paykel humidifiers, and many more.

Acute care facilities, EMS, LTACs and Skilled Nursing Facilities and HME companies have come to rely on Quality Medical’s core expertise and fast turnaround to better manage their equipment service programs.

Quality Medical provides PM and repair services on a wide variety of respiratory equipment such as acute care and home ventilators, O2 concentrators, Cough Assist, O2 Blenders, BiPAP and CPAP units.

We only use authorized parts from OEM’s and all equipment is tested and performance verified after they have been serviced or repaired. As a one-stop-shop, customers can contact us for all their respiratory equipment instead of using multiple service providers, thereby reducing the headaches of dealing with multiple vendors.

We also provide onsite services in hospitals throughout the Southeast and can dispatch technicians on short notice.

Our biomedical engineers and technicians are factory trained and certified and are credentialed to work in most major hospitals.

Additionally, our repair, service, certification or calibration processes are fully documented and customers are provided with detailed service reports.

Quality Medical also services and repairs both smoke-damaged and insect-infested respiratory equipment, typically occurring in the home environment. We are one of the few service centers offering this service.

To reinforce our one-stop-shop strategy, Quality Medical offers a full range of rental programs for respiratory equipment.

These rental programs help nursing homes, hospitals and HME’s reduce their capital outlay in acquiring biomedical respiratory equipment.

Quality Medical also offers Rent-to-Own programs allowing an accumulation of equity during the rental period with an eventual transfer of ownership to the customer at the end of the rental period.

Quality Medical actively acquires surplus respiratory equipment from hospitals and other medical institutions. We perform various levels of service, up to and including a full recertification. These equipment are then made available for sale, rent and rent-to-own programs.

Customer Portal

Given our experience in this industry, we recognize our customers’ challenges of managing their equipment service program.

Often our customers were using paper-based systems to track equipment sent out for service. This was followed by time-consuming emails and phone calls to approve or decline service estimates.

Once the repair was completed there is a further challenge of matching returned equipment to the correct paperwork and determining if the invoicing has been done correctly.

We solved this business problem by developing a cloud-based solution allowing our customers to manage their entire equipment service business online.

The entire interaction is through a customer portal dedicated to each customer. Customers who use this service tell us it saves them hours a week, simplifies their equipment management program, and reduces their operating costs.

The portal also gives them an unprecedented view of their service activity with Quality Medical and provides a level of transparency and accountability that they have not had till now.

Supply Chain Solution

Another problem reported by our customers is the difficulties of packing, managing logistics and shipping equipment to service providers.

Quality Medical solves this problem by providing a supply chain solution that picks-up and delivers equipment at medical facilities throughout the Southeast, further simplifying their equipment service program.
